I was very disappointed with this. The entire book is practice questions with NO rationales. Every student knows the value of rationales. Buy the actual textbook with the access code to use Evolve online. Way more content and the practice questions have rationales.
Must buy as a supplement to this text! I am acing med-surge b/c of it.
Use this product to study on long with concepts that are related to your nursing outline and assigned readings!!! This study guide helped my test grades go up 20 points!! I went from 70s to 90s.
