This is an important concept that has helped a lot of business owners. But I do think this book is due for an update. Times are changing, and the book needs to change with the times. It would also be nice if it did not assume the reader was running an established or profitable business already.
This is a book about Branding. I found the first exercise on about page 2, and then they are scattered throughout the book. An excellent way to learn, get the student working on the ideas presented.
