This book helped with all the questions that I had before a I bought chicks; from egg manufacturing process in the hen to disease, should I wash my eggs, to how warm do new chicks need to be and for how long do they need to be kept warm.Good bood

This book is helpful for starting out. I learned a lot about chickens and what it takes to raise them.
Was an okay book. Mainly just seemed like someone's blog printed into a book. Has good bones for a person who knows nothing about chickens.
Great information. Would have liked page numbers next to the Table of Contents.
